Maggi started sewing as a tiny child with her Mother and now sees it as both her artistic and mindful practice. Her career began with her own design/manufacturing business in the eighties. While she loves making her own creations, she also has a passion for inspiring others to get creative. This is why she spent her career lecturing in Fashion and Applied Arts and has an deep interest in Millinery and the Craft of Couture.
She runs courses based around drawing, design, fashion/textiles and pattern cutting. She has published and illustrated two books on style/exploring the connection between arts and health.
