Needle Felted Gnomes Christmas Decorations

Join Jane for a fun half day session learning how to make handmade needle felted gnomes.

The session will be led by local Artist and Feltmaker Jane Bardgett  who will guide you through each step, using 100% wool fibres and a felting needle, you will begin by create a cone shaped body followed by a hat, a nose (possibly more facial features it’s up to you!) and then that wonderful iconic gnome beard! Creating your own individual Gnome character to take home.

By the end of your session, you will not only have learnt a new skill but have the confidence to make more at home if you wish. There is an opportunity to purchases additional materials or tools if you wish.

Please note there is a material cost of £5 payable to the tutor on the day. This includes wool to make one, two or three gnomes depending on size, example one large one will be around 30cm high/ Two medium around 20cm or three around 15cm tall.

For an additional £2 – you can also take away with you one quality felting needle and a small foam mat.
