With it’s seriously cool and retro styling, this is a lovely bag to make and use. The wooden frame sits comfortably in your hand when you use this as a clutch bag, but you can attach a strap or chain to it if you prefer a shoulder bag*
Just bring your chosen fabrics and learn how to make a beautiful lined bag, with an optional zipped pocket, that fits perfectly into the frame provided.
You will need to bring a fully operational sewing machine, half a meter of your outer and lining fabric and all other materials will be provided.
This class is suitable for those who can confidently use their sewing machine, but does not require any advanced sewing skills as each step will be fully explained in an informal and relaxed way.
Please note there is a £21.50 material charge payable to the tutor on the day.
Included in the cost of your workshop is lunch from the extremely popular Jans Sandwich shop in Keswick.
The tutor of this workshop is Emma Redfern (Hole House)
