Learn to screen printing, whilst creating your own make-up bag and canvas tote bag to take home.
You will get to learn the basics of screen printing from how to mix your own colours to how to create stencils for printing!
This workshop will allow you to explore the craft and create a unique design that you will love!
We understand that the scariest thing can be making the first mark so we will be equipped with a mixture of patterned screens as well as blank ones to use with your stencils.’
The students will be printing onto a 38 x 41cm tote bag and a 19 x 16cm make up bag , which has a zip at the top. Both of these products are made out of neutral coloured canvas meaning all designs will be clearly visible when printed! It gives a perfect clean slate for any pattern.
Students will also be given some calico fabric to practice with first. So that when they move onto the bags they feel confident in the craft.
